Facilities Manager

📋 Description Lead East Coast facilities ops across Scottsdale, Atlanta, and Sterling. Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and vendor performance to ensure safe, reliable spaces. Manage maintenance programs, work orders, inspections, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and other critical systems. Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to align on priorities and provide support. Balance day-to-day needs with long-term planning and improvements. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in facilities ops or related environments across multiple sites. Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and compliance. Customer-focused with ability to build cross-functional relationships. Proven vendor management and project coordination experience. Experience with CMMS or facilities management systems.
