📋 Description Senior, startup-style role building production software Lead zero-to-one AI initiatives and V1 releases Hybrid role: 3 days/week at Madhive HQ in NYC Work with leadership to turn ideas into production AI solutions Collaborate across teams to ship revenue-generating AI features Operate in an innovation factory to expand surface area with new capabilities 🎯 Requirements 10+ years experience or founding/early-engineer background Zero-to-One project delivery from idea to live users Broad full-stack and AI-native tooling skills Proficient with production prototypes, AI coding agents, eval/observability High technical bar, collaborative, adaptable Open to innovators outside ad-tech 🎁 Benefits Hybrid work model with NYC headquarters Compensation range $200,000-$225,000 Travel to other Madhive locations as needed
