📋 Description Onsite role in Sunnyvale, CA with typical M–F daytime hours Evaluate electrical and mechanical characteristics to determine failure causes Analyze failure reports and recommend corrective actions Develop methods, processes, and equipment to improve analysis Interface with external customers and lead a cohesive team Work with advanced tools to design and execute analytical plans 🎯 Requirements BS in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field preferred 5+ years of direct semiconductor/electronics failure analysis experience Hands-on: ATE datalog, curve trace, oscilloscope, CV measurement Experience with X-ray, Scanning Acoustic Microscopy (C-SAM) Knowledge of OBIRCH, XIVA, IR Thermography, LVP/LTP, SDL/LADA Deprocessing, chemical etching, plasma etching, cross sectioning, SEM/EDS 🎁 Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401k Company Matching Paid Time Off Wellness Program Education Assistance
