📋 Description Serve as a senior BSA to liaison IT and business for PSA-related solutions (Salesforce + Certinia Design, optimize, and maintain business architecture and processes to support PSA lifecycle. Collaborate with business partners to translate needs into functional requirements, designs, and Partner with Services & Education Ops to optimize PSA and define enhancements. Maintain end-to-end understanding of processes, data flows, and reporting needs. Produce clear documentation and provide user-friendly communications and visuals. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst on Salesforce. 3+ years with Certinia (FKA FinancialForce) PSA. Experience with Services delivery, enablement, and process optimization. Proven track record delivering large-scale Salesforce + PSA solutions. Hands-on PSA capabilities: Project/Resource/Time & Expense/Billing/Revenue Recognition.
