📋 Description Analyze business performance and transform data into actionable insights. Lead strategic, cross-functional projects from idea to execution. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to drive business growth. Build dashboards, KPIs, and performance models that influence key decisions. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and accelerate growth. Conduct market research and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership. 🎯 Requirements 3–4+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategy, Management Consulting, Finance, & Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, SQL, Python, R, or BI tools. Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills. A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
