GMP Metrology Supervisor

📋 Description Lead daily calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for GMP systems. Supervise metrology personnel and allocate workload. Ensure work orders, calibration docs, and records are compliant. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and EHS. Drive safety, quality, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, science, or related field or equivalent experience. 6+ years engineering/operational experience; advanced degree desired. Strong technical knowledge; solving complex problems. Judgment within procedures; effective cross-functional communication. Strong problem solving, planning, workload management, and organization.
