📋 Description Lead the Avionics Battery Test program for Terran R. Build lab infra, test strategy, and safety standards. Oversee HV battery bring-up and pack/cell tests. Own data systems turning tests into design feedback. Hire and grow a battery test team. Work across propulsion, GNC, fluids, and stage teams. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical/chemical/aerospace or related). Extensive battery testing, validation, or energetics experience. Strong knowledge of battery physics and HV fundamentals. Experience defining/executing performance, durability, abuse tests.
