📋 Description Own CSA Execution: Hold General Contractor and CSA tier-1 trade partners accountable for civil Milestone Protection: Own CSA critical path, schedule, and quality metrics; escalate risks early. Cross-Discipline Coordination: Align CSA sequencing with GC, MEP, site logistics, and project team. Engineering & Quality: Audit CSA installations against Fleet design docs and quality benchmarks. Lead CSA milestones and sign-offs; manage sign-off process with campus leadership and consultants. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or 12+ years of construction management experience, with focus on heavy civil earthwork, deep Strong leadership of CSA teams; experience directing Construction Managers and coordinating with GC Advanced proficiency with Procore (or equivalent), Microsoft Office, and construction scheduling Excellent management, organizational, and communication skills; capable of leading multiple Experience in data center or mission-critical facilities is a plus. 🎁 Benefits Comprehensive health coverage; 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision. 401K program; paid holidays; unlimited PTO.
