Physical Therapist, PT, Senior Living Visits

📋 Description Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Perform diagnostic tests and measurements: mobility, ROM, ambulation, strength, balance, safety. Implement wound care and protective interventions using dressings and topical agents. Develop and implement individualized care plans: manual therapy, gait training, balance. Assess and revise PT care plan; collaborate with nursing on multidisciplinary plan. 🎯 Requirements Current OH Physical Therapist license. Minimum of one year PT experience. Graduate of APTA-approved program or equivalent. Ability to work independently and manage time. Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving skills.
