Manage sales, labor, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and forecasting. Deliver quality product, service, and store image; drive customer satisfaction. Execute local store marketing and represent RPM as Brand Ambassador. Work 40+ hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 🎯 Requirements General Manager in Training program completion or equivalent. Proven success in high-volume environment; strong math, technology, and leadership skills. Ability to pass background and drug screening; required food safety certification.
