📋 Description Supervise hourly employees in continuous plant production activities Support plant goals, safety, process improvements, labor relations, quality and production 🎯 Requirements High School Degree or equivalent Experience supervising/leading in 24/7 manufacturing Glass industry experience preferred Proven ability to coach, motivate hourly employees Understanding of Flow Manufacturing concepts and Kaizen Computer literate; able to work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays 🎁 Benefits Salary range $85,000 - $95,000 12% short-term incentive bonus Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision 401(k) with employer contributions Disability and life Insurance; EAP
