📋 Description Own coordination, readiness, and closure for assigned scopes across Fleet data center projects. Mentor Project Engineers and bridge project controls with construction management. Provide owner visibility with recommended next steps and drive closure across internal/external Reporting to Construction Manager or Sr. Construction Manager; close collaboration with CSA, MEP Own recurring reporting, identify risks, and present status to leadership. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years of construction, project engineering, or related experience; owner/operator or developer Ability to manage coordination across multiple stakeholders on large-scale, fast-tracked projects. Strong skills in coordination, readiness tracking, and issue framing with recommended actions. Proficiency in review workflows, visibility, and bottleneck identification to drive decisions. Proven mentorship abilities for junior team members and strengthening controls.
