📋 Description Lead complex modelling and analytical projects with broad scope. Drive cross‑product initiatives to raise technical bar for the data science team. Work on hybrid models combining deep learning with traditional data science. Collaborate with engineering/product teams to meet timelines. Mentor junior DS and set team standards. Scale models from notebook to production and monitor performance. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/Biostatistics/Math or related field AND 5+ years of professional data Advanced proficiency with deep learning, ML architectures (Transformers, LLMs), and core Python Strong experience with MLOps concepts: experiment tracking, packaging, Docker, APIs, CI/CD, and Ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders; experience mentoring is a Familiarity with timeseries/sequence modelling and handling large, complex datasets.
