📋 Description Lead day-to-day operations of the finance function. Develop high-performing finance teams through coaching. Oversee accounting, reporting, and timely financial statements. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and analysis with partners. Lead financial reporting cycles and ensure compliance. Coordinate external reporting and audits; support system improvements. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field. CPA (CMA/CGA/CA) designation preferred. 7+ years of progressive finance experience; leadership exp. Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting standards; not-for-profit or private sector Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, funder reporting, audits.
