📋 Description Role focused on driving the Data and AI Governance Program within the Operations Strategy team. Facilitate cross-functional working groups across IT, Security, Engineering, Legal, and Data. Design and operationalize data and AI governance frameworks to reduce data access risks while Run sprints, align stakeholders, and measure success for the workstream. Lead access management, reviews, and technical hardening processes across systems. Perform technical deep dives on access control (e.g., Okta, Databricks) and set standards for new 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of experience in fast-growing tech, strategy/management consulting, or equivalent. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent stakeholder management. Experience with data governance: tagging, classification, ownership; access management.
