📋 Description Role supports one or more internal CS services; full-time based in West Coast Canada, remote Provide operational support to Ambassadors, Supervisors, OMs, and Delivery Excellence Managers to Be flexible to move to different teams or responsibilities as business needs evolve. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in operations teams or similar; experience handling Strong coordination of operational teams, documenting ways of working, and IT issue troubleshooting. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; English proficiency (written and spoken). Hospitality experience is a plus; comfortable communicating with customers; knowledge of Google Ability to work under high pressure, weekends/public holidays, and variable schedules. 🎁 Benefits Base pay in Canada: CAD 67,000 – CAD 75,000 per year. Remote eligible with potential office or offsite attendance as agreed with manager.
