Salesforce Manager, Quality Assurance & Consulting

📋 Description Lead quality engineering initiatives for enterprise Salesforce and cloud programs. Define test strategies, plans, gates, and release readiness processes. Manage functional, API, integration, performance, security, and non-functional testing. Partner with engineering and product to embed quality across SDLC. Build automation frameworks, CI/CD quality controls, and reusable assets. Apply Generative AI and Agentic AI to enhance testing. 🎯 Requirements 12+ years in Quality Engineering; 4+ years leading teams. Hands-on functional, automation, API, integration, performance, security testing. Experience delivering Salesforce and/or AWS implementations in consulting/tech services. Automation frameworks, DevOps-enabled testing, QA strategies. Strong Agile/ Scrum leadership; people management and stakeholder skills.
