Data Governance Lead

📋 Description Build and operate an enterprise data catalog with metadata standards and lineage. Implement automated data lineage across ingestion, transformation, and data products. Define data quality frameworks with validation rules and remediation workflows. Configure platform security, RBAC, row/column security, masking policies, and access controls. Design self-service access workflows for scoped data access. Establish event contract governance for streaming data environments. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 8+ years in data governance, data platform engineering, or related fields. 3+ years leading governance programs or cross-functional data frameworks. Proven cloud data platform governance experience. Hands-on with RBAC, data catalog, lineage, and access management.
