📋 Description Own and resolve complex escalated customer issues involving endpoint security software and Perform advanced root-cause analysis across Windows OS components and C++ codebases Read, debug, modify, and patch code to resolve critical issues Act as primary engineering contact during high-severity incidents with updates and remediation Collaborate with engineering, QA, support, and product teams to identify recurring issues and Translate escalation insights into product improvements and roadmap enhancements 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of hands-on experience managing complex customer escalations and debugging Strong proficiency in C and C++ development, including analyzing and modifying existing code Deep knowledge of Windows internals: kernel/user-mode, drivers, memory management, file system Experience with Windows debugging tools (WinDbg, kernel debugging, memory dumps) Proven ability to troubleshoot complex problems down to the code level Excellent communication with customers and executives; experience with security tech is highly 🎁 Benefits Competitive base salary range of $156,000 – $215,000 USD annually Equity opportunities via RSUs ESPP Flexible time off and paid holidays Paid sick time and parental leave Medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) with match
