Senior Power System Engineer - ERCOT Interconnection

📋 Description Lead ERCOT interconnection studies and technical tasks for generation and transmission projects. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, utilities, and industry stakeholders to develop grid Mentor engineers, share knowledge, and drive high-quality technical deliverables. Represent the organization in technical meetings and industry events. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in Power Systems engineering with generation interconnection experience. Strong ERCOT interconnection process knowledge; ISOs a plus. Hands-on PSCAD and PSS/E modeling; EMT studies and dynamic simulations experience. Experience with MQT (Model Quality Testing) in ERCOT and grid impact analyses.
