Mgr Site Payments - FSP

📋 Description Lead a Site Payments team to ensure accurate, timely investigator payments across projects. Scale teams to meet business needs; support recruitment and growth initiatives. Oversee project execution to meet customer expectations, contracts, quality, and deadlines. Identify and mitigate operational and project risks; maintain business continuity. Drive performance through coaching, career development, and reviews. Analyze operational metrics and support business growth initiatives. 🎯 Requirements Master’s degree, preferably in Finance or related field. 10+ years in clinical trial site payments and operations management. At least 2 years leading and developing teams. Experience in Functional Service Provider (FSP) model preferred. Strong experience with site payment platforms, EDC, financial/ticketing systems, and Excel.
