📋 Description Plan and execute technical service strategies with account leaders and teams to drive customer Manage customer visit planning, activity calendars, and technical support for strategic accounts. Identify opportunities to boost profitability and performance through technical recommendations. Deliver hands-on training and coaching on dairy management practices for farm staff and internal Prepare and present visit reports, performance reviews, and validation insights for stakeholders. Represent the organization at industry events to share expertise and stay current with developments. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Dairy Science, Animal Science, Agriculture, or related 3–5 years of applied technical dairy production experience (reproductive management, genetics, herd Experience training and developing farm personnel or technical teams. Experience analyzing customer performance data and validating impact of products/solutions. Fluency in English and Spanish; strong report/presentation skills. Ability to travel ~50% within North America; strong communication and stakeholder management. 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary range of $95,000 – $120,000 USD.
