📋 Description Lead shifts in a high-volume Domino’s store to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals. Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance expectations. Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality. Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards. Operate store equipment and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with the General Manager to reach store performance goals. 🎯 Requirements Must be 18+; 21+ to drive. Successful completion of RPM training; strong verbal/interpersonal skills. Positive, team-oriented attitude; ability to perform essential job functions with/without Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.
