📋 Description Lead technical accounting in a multi-product SaaS company. Own financial reporting and internal controls. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Legal, and Billing teams. Drive IPO readiness and SOX-compliant processes. Partner with external auditors and consultants as needed. Scale accounting operations for rapid growth. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA required. 15+ years in accounting (public + industry). Deep US GAAP expertise; IFRS knowledge. Experience with SaaS, high-growth environments. Technical memos on complex transactions.
