📋 Description Outpatient home health visits for adults in senior living communities. Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide rehabilitative care in living environments. Travel to designated senior living communities within the North Wilmington/Hockessin area. 🎯 Requirements Current DE Occupational Therapist license. Minimum of one year of OT experience; home care experience preferred. Graduation from an accredited OT program. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
