📋 Description Design and develop scalable software systems. Lead backend services in Java & related tech. Build APIs, distributed systems, client-server apps. Balance scalability, maintainability, performance, debt. Collaborate across engineering teams; mentor juniors. Own initiatives from concept to delivery. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years Java development in product environments. 5+ years designing highly scalable systems. Strong OOP, design patterns; API design with Spring/Jersey. Relational DB design/development; Redis a plus.
