📋 Description Lead, train, coach, and develop Team Members using RPM tools. Foster a positive, high-energy culture with accountability and teamwork. Ensure compliance with RPM, Domino’s, safety, security, and health standards. Deliver consistent product quality, service, and store image. Manage sales, labor, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and forecasting. Execute local store marketing and represent RPM as a Brand Ambassador. 🎯 Requirements AM4 or prior General Manager with District Manager approval and good standing. General Manager in Training Program completion or equivalent required. Proven success in a high-volume environment. Strong math, technology, and leadership skills.
