📋 Description Serve as a trusted technical advisor for a portfolio of customers. Design customer observability strategies and maturity roadmaps. Guide customers through implementation, adoption, and optimization of observability capabilities. Provide expert troubleshooting and guidance during complex operational challenges. Conduct reviews, health checks, and architecture assessments. Collaborate with internal teams to represent customer needs and feedback. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years in technical support, consulting, or solutions engineering in tech. Strong experience designing, deploying, operating Kubernetes environments. Knowledge of observability concepts, tools, and best practices. Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, or similar platforms. Ability to manage multiple customers/projects simultaneously. 🎁 Benefits OTE range for US: $182,000–$217,000 depending on experience/location. Equity via RSUs.
