Assistant Manager

📋 Description Lead shifts in a high-volume Domino’s store to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals. Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations. Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality. Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards. Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food prep tools. Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 🎯 Requirements Must be 18+ years; 21+ to drive. Completed RPM training (e.g., Freshman class). Strong verbal and interpersonal skills; team-oriented attitude. Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.
