📋 Description Own technical execution of live and hybrid events from exec presentations to all-hands broadcasts. Act as technical director for live productions across the full range; operate video switchers Build and run the technical run-of-show: cue sheets, source lists, rehearsal schedules, and backup Direct contractors and onsite technicians during productions, delegating clearly under time Troubleshoot and escalate complex production issues with clear diagnostic context. Communicate status, risk, and resolution to non-technical stakeholders in clear, jargon-free 🎯 Requirements Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in AV operations, live event production, or technical event Own the technical side of live productions end-to-end — not just operated a single position. Fluency across event audio, video, camera, and streaming systems with enough depth to diagnose Comfortable being the front-facing technical partner to executives and event producers. Bring structure to ambiguity by building systems for repeatable events. Technical direction for corporate broadcasts or multi-camera productions; familiarity with Q-SYS 🎁 Benefits Competitive compensation with a listed annual salary range of $230,000 – $325,000 USD.
