📋 Description Investigate sensitive and/or complex employee relations matters from start to finish. Lead interviews, note-taking, gather and analyze evidence, and document findings. Debrief HR partners and leadership on investigation results. Prepare reports summarizing investigation findings and recommendations. Identify trends, data-driven mitigation strategies, and training needs. Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, Legal and other partners. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of experience in employee relations investigations. Juris doctor (preferred). Global investigations and manufacturing/engineering experience (preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills.
