AI Program Manager

📋 Description The AI Program Manager provides end-to-end program leadership for AI-focused initiatives across Lead technical program management for AI strategy, governance, and operations initiatives Develop and maintain deliverables: project plans, roadmaps, risk registers, status reports Coordinate with business teams, technical stakeholders, and external partners to align AI with Monitor progress against milestones and metrics; identify risks and propose mitigation strategies. Support design/implementation of AI governance frameworks, including intake, reviews 🎯 Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program leadership for complex technology initiatives. Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver programs in Experience with federal agency clients, especially in healthcare, defense, civilian government, or Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery; PMP or equivalent PM certification preferred.
