📋 Description Manage, improve, and innovate IAM across enterprise environments Automate access provisioning & de-provisioning, compliance reporting, entitlement reviews Design AI-enabled IAM solutions for anomaly detection and remediation Build AI agents to support IAM administration and governance workflows Collaborate with AI engineering and security teams to adopt best practices Analyze IAM data and trends to identify risks and improve security outcomes 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related field 5+ years in IAM, cybersecurity, or related discipline Hands-on with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Entra ID or similar Experience with automation, scripting, reporting, data analysis, and AI-assisted workflows Knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, and AI-enabled security tools Experience with PAM (BeyondTrust or similar) and Zero Trust models 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary: $96,500 - $123,000 annually Performance bonuses, remote work with onsite onboarding Medical, dental, vision insurance HSA contributions, FSA options, 401(k) matching Paid time off, parental leave, wellness programs Onboarding travel covered
