📋 Description Design, develop, deploy, and maintain high-performance backend services for real-time voice Participate in all phases of the software lifecycle Build robust RESTful APIs and event-driven services Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate needs into scalable solutions Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize distributed production systems; on-call rotations Contribute to architecture, design reviews, and engineering best practices 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 2–3+ years of experience with large-scale distributed backend apps using Java/JVM Strong RESTful API, event-driven architecture, Kafka/SQS Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP/OpenStack) CI/CD, automated deployment, modern software delivery Monitoring/observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog 🎁 Benefits Remote-first position across eligible U.S. locations Salary ranges based on experience/location Up to $203,900 in SF Bay Area; other ranges in other markets Corporate bonus and equity programs Medical, dental, vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan
