📋 Description Oversee operations of Moniepoint facilities in the designated region in Nigeria. Manage property acquisition, lease management, and office relocations. Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across facilities. Lead end-to-end facility development, upgrades, and project execution across locations. Develop 2D architectural plans and 3D renderings to align with brand standards. Coordinate vendor/contractor engagements and ensure timelines, budgets, and quality targets. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 7 years in facilities management, infrastructure development, and project delivery. Strong space planning and architectural design experience with 2D/3D drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp; ability to translate business needs into functional spaces. Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. HSE certification and practical implementation experience required.
