📋 Description Design, implement, and evaluate state-of-the-art generative models for autonomous vehicle planning Develop ML-powered systems to enhance the Waymo Driver and scale Waymo’s business Translate real-world driving challenges into well-defined ML problems using cutting-edge techniques Write scalable, well-tested production code to deploy research成果 Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product managers to deliver safe planning behaviors Publish findings at top-tier academic venues 🎯 Requirements PhD in Computer Science, ML, Robotics, or related field, or equivalent experience Publications in top conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, etc.) Impact through open-source projects or notable industry contributions Hands-on experience with JAX or PyTorch Strong Python and/or C++ programming skills 🎁 Benefits Salary range: $175,000 — $215,000 USD Discretionary annual bonus, equity, and generous benefits
