📋 Description Own and evolve the Professional Services category strategy and execution roadmap Manage multiple complex sourcing workstreams end to end Build partnerships with senior stakeholders and optimize service models Lead complex negotiations and design commercial structures (MSA, SOW, pricing, terms) Develop scalable category mechanisms and supplier governance Strengthen supplier ecosystem and implement value realization plans 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management with depth in Professional Experience end-to-end ownership of Professional Services category strategy and sourcing Proven ability to lead high-stakes negotiations balancing cost, speed, quality, risk Understanding of professional services vs. contingent labor vs. full-time hiring Experience building category operating mechanisms (playbooks, governance, reporting) Experience using AI to redesign sourcing workflows with ensured human review 🎁 Benefits Hybrid work model (three days in office per week) Relocation assistance for new employees
