Inspection and Warranty Specialist

📋 Description Own the construction quality assurance and warranty program for housing and facilities. Serve as primary Facilities representative embedded in Development phase; partner with Development Review designs early to identify issues and prevent future warranty problems. Address discrepancies between design intent and as-built conditions. Exercise independent judgment to protect facility performance and reduce maintenance liability.
