📋 Description Lead client-site operations ensuring service excellence and compliance. Own stakeholder management and client satisfaction at the site. Oversee resource allocation, performance against KPIs, and risk management. 🎯 Requirements Master’s in pharma or a Business degree. English fluency; Dutch is a plus. 2-5 years leadership or people management experience. Experience in GMP/regulated environments. Strong KPI management and stakeholder communication.
