📋 Description Lead shifts in a high-volume store to meet service etc. Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards. Coach and develop Team Members; support scheduling and labor management. Maintain safety, food safety, and sanitation standards. Operate store equipment and manage time/multi-tasking. Support inventory, ordering, and promotions with the GM. 🎯 Requirements Must be 18+, 21+ to drive. RPM training completion; strong communication skills. Positive, outgoing, team-oriented attitude.
