📋 Description End-to-End Delivery: Own full product slices by building backend APIs to frontend UIs. Operational Excellence: Improve observability and reliability; participate in on-call rotations. Strong experience with Python (FastAPI, async) and TypeScript/React. Practical delivery mindset; ship, iterate, and keep changes reviewable.
