📋 Description Remote opportunity to manage client relationships and drive business growth. Build and maintain relationships with hotels, wholesalers, retailers, and international partners. Identify new opportunities to expand the customer portfolio and increase market reach. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams for a seamless customer experience. Manage customer records and follow-ups in CRM systems; communicate via email, phone, WhatsApp, and Prepare quotations, reports, proposals, and correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. 3–9 years in CRM, business development, customer service, sales, or account management. Experience in apparel/home textiles industry required. Strong verbal and written English skills; excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Workspace; experience with CRM systems and Strong organizational skills; able to work independently in a remote environment. 🎁 Benefits Fully remote work opportunity for India-based candidates.
