📋 Description Lead affiliate growth initiatives in a digital, performance-driven environment. Identify, approach, negotiate with, and onboard new affiliate partners and networks. Build and manage a pipeline from outreach to campaign launch. Drive revenue growth by testing sources and scaling partnerships. Collaborate with product, tech, sales, and account teams for campaign success. Analyze market trends, offers, traffic, and performance to spot opportunities. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or sales in digital performance industries. Experience with dating products or similar verticals is valued. Existing network of affiliate partners, advertisers, and traffic sources. Track record of launching and scaling partnerships or clients. Experience building pipelines from scratch or expanding channels.
