Staff Agentic AI Engineer

📋 Description Design, build, and optimize production-grade AI agent systems for enterprise automation. Architect agent workflows with reasoning, tool usage, retrieval, guardrails, and monitoring. Evaluate and adopt new agent orchestration frameworks and patterns. Develop and maintain AI evaluation frameworks, including LLM-as-judge workflows and testing. Diagnose and improve agent performance (prompts, retrieval, tool selection, latency, cost Build RAG and embedding solutions for enterprise knowledge access. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/Engineering/Math/Stats or related field. 5–7+ years in AI/ML engineering, NLP, or AI systems development. 2+ years building production LLM applications or AI agent systems. Proven experience with AI agents used by customers or users. Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
