Manager, Critical Risk Assurance

📋 Description Identify operational, project, and maintenance-related hazards and potential severe consequences. Assess critical controls, evaluate reliability, and define assurance activities. Conduct deep-dive reviews with operations to verify control effectiveness. Analyze incidents and high-potential near misses to improve practices. Develop and support safety performance reporting with leading/lagging indicators. Coordinate field verification to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Risk Management, or related discipline. Experience in construction, facilities/property management or similar high-risk environments. Proven experience identifying occupational and operational/process safety risks (electrical Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies (HIRA, JSA, SWMS). Understanding of permit-to-work systems in operational settings.
