📋 Description Assist General Manager in all restaurant operations: customer service, food prep, inventory, and Supervise and train team members, enforce policies, and provide coaching. Maintain clean, organized work areas following safety and sanitation guidelines. Manage customer complaints and drive customer satisfaction. Contribute to strategies to improve restaurant performance and goals. Handle administrative tasks and inventory management; act as GM in GM's absence. 🎯 Requirements Experience in fast-paced, customer service environments; food service preferred.
