📋 Description Define and implement quality standards across raw fiber, dehaired fiber, yarns, and finished goods. Establish and manage a testing center, including lab protocols for fiber fineness, length, color Analyze how each stage of the supply chain impacts final product quality, and design preventive Build and lead a QA/QC team, providing training and development. Collaborate closely with sourcing, production, and design teams to align quality with brand Partner with suppliers and factories to elevate quality practices and ensure compliance with 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Textile Engineering, Material Science, or related field. 8+ years of experience in cashmere or fine fiber quality management, covering raw material through Proven track record in establishing quality systems and laboratories. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Familiarity with international testing standards (GB, ISO, ASTM). Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese; ability to work with suppliers in China and 🎁 Benefits Pay range: $1 - $2 USD Bonus and equity may be provided for eligible roles.
