📋 Description Own end-to-end payroll execution for assigned jurisdictions, including validation of inputs and Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with country-specific Act as SME on country payroll requirements; stay updated on legislative, tax, and regulatory Support rollout of payroll services in new or expanding jurisdictions and integrate processes into Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on country payroll matters. Contribute to automation and AI-enabled improvements to payroll operations and data analytics. 🎯 Requirements Mid-to-senior payroll ops experience with end-to-end payroll in Poland. Experience managing payroll in multi-country environments with various payroll systems. Strong knowledge of payroll controls, reconciliations, statutory reporting, and compliance. Ability to work with stakeholders in a cross-functional, asynchronous, globally distributed setup. Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of handling complex payroll scenarios.
