📋 Description Drive manufacturing excellence via Lean, Six Sigma, and problem‑solving methods. Lead improvement initiatives with plant leadership and teams. Utilize data to identify opportunities, reduce losses, boost OEE, and cut costs. Facilitate CI training, Kaizen events, and MOS implementation. Develop dashboards and analytics for data‑driven decisions. Collaborate across Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field. 3–5 years in manufacturing, digital transformation, or CI. Strong English; local language proficiency required. Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, RCA, and 5S experience.
