Technical Consultant II

📋 Description Onboard new customers onto Workato by providing technical consulting, guidance and enablement that Gather integration and automation requirements and lead solution design jointly with customer Share best practices on deployment models, governance, integration design and build; partner with Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate. Run post-onboarding health checks and guide customers on integration and process optimizations. Contribute reusable content — presentations, demos, best practices, architecture patterns and 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience in solutions and implementation consulting. Working knowledge of integrations, system design principles and app integration industry trends. Working knowledge of SQL on-prem and cloud deployment models and the SDLC end-to-end. Experience with one iPaaS (Workato, Tray, TIBCO, Boomi, MuleSoft, WebMethods, Oracle Integration Ability to produce quality technical documentation.
